Description
IMC is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to join their Operational Risk Management (ORM) team. This role involves leading operational risk frameworks and prudential risk across European offices, focusing on Key Control Framework (KCF), Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA), risk surveys, risk culture, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for operational risk. For prudential risk, it includes internal capital adequacy and risk assessment (ICARA), Pillar 3 disclosures, prudential reporting, and engagement with regulatory bodies like FCA and DNB. The manager will collaborate with various departments to embed risk controls effectively and report to the European Head of Risk. Based in Amsterdam with regular travel across European offices, this position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with extensive experience in operational and prudential risk management within financial services.
