Description
Soros Fund Management LLC is hiring an Operational Risk Manager to support the Head of Operational Risk in operating and strengthening the firm’s operational risk program. The role partners with business units to identify and assess material risks, manages incidents and issues, reviews processes and controls, tracks remediation, produces management-level risk reports, supports responsible AI use in risk management, and engages stakeholders. It requires 8–10 years of operational risk experience, a mix of first-line and second-line experience, and strong analytical, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills. The base salary is $200,000–$225,000, with eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus.
