Description
Mars Inc. is hiring an Operational Risk Manager to support the global delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of operational risk programs, including risk engineering, business resilience, property loss prevention, integrated audits, and loss prevention. The role coordinates internal stakeholders, insurers, brokers, consultants, and third-party providers; manages program performance, compliance, budgets, vendor spend, audits, data analysis, remediation tracking, acquisitions integration, and operational risk frameworks for external manufacturing and co-manufacturing partners. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree, at least five years of related experience, strong analytical, communication, stakeholder, project, and vendor-management skills, and approximately 20% domestic and international travel.
