The Operational Strategist serves as the operational backbone of Nutanix's Performance and People Development team, managing global learning demand intake, portfolio and catalog governance, vendor relationships, budgets, purchase orders, and learning-system administration. The role coordinates with business partners, learning consultants, learning technologists, and procurement, and supports instructor assignments and session logistics. It is a hybrid position based in Durham, North Carolina, with an expected starting annual salary of USD 107,000 to USD 161,000.
