NT Concepts is hiring an Operational Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support for the Department of War’s enterprise Military Housing (eMH) system from the European Support Office in Heidelberg, Germany. The role supports military housing professionals, installation housing managers, and regional housing leadership through email and phone support, ticket coordination, issue resolution, account management, system outages, on-site troubleshooting, and remote and in-person training. It is a fixed-term contract from January 2027 through December 2027, requires an active Secret Clearance, and offers flex-time between home-office and in-office work.
