Bill Gosling Outsourcing is hiring a Team Leader, Operations in Hampton, Virginia, to lead and coach a customer-care team, set SMART objectives, monitor service-level agreements and quality metrics, support recruiting and onboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role pays $20.50 per hour for a 40-hour-per-week contract with open availability Monday through Saturday, including Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for North American applicants, while leadership or collections experience is an asset.
