Description
Magna is hiring a permanent Plant Automation Engineer to lead automation initiatives from concept through implementation in an automotive manufacturing environment. The role covers PLC, HMI, SCADA, industrial networks, motion control, robotics, vision, AGV/AMR, Industry 4.0, predictive maintenance, continuous improvement, safety and regulatory compliance, quality-system documentation, and technical leadership. An undergraduate engineering degree or equivalent experience is required, with 5+ years of manufacturing automation experience preferred; PLC programming, robotics, industrial automation, manufacturing systems, and project management are required.
