Description
MLC is hiring an Operational Technology (OT) Infrastructure Engineering Co-Op to support the design, maintenance, monitoring, security, and continuous improvement of OT infrastructure across its manufacturing facilities. The co-op will work with industrial networks, Windows Server, virtualization, industrial control systems, cybersecurity, asset documentation, disaster recovery, data analysis, reporting, dashboards, automation, and infrastructure projects while collaborating with OT, IT, Engineering, Operations, and Maintenance teams. Applicants must be at least sophomores pursuing a relevant bachelor's degree, have a minimum 2.75 GPA, basic networking and Windows/IT infrastructure knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing, mining, and chemical processing environment.
