Sword is hiring an Operational Technology Practice Lead to provide technical leadership and governance across OT security projects, assessments, risk management, remediation, architecture, industrial networking, and regulatory consultancy. The role leads complex high-risk engagements, develops practice standards and capability, mentors technical teams, supports pre-sales and customer proposals, and advises customers on OT security requirements and risks. Candidates need significant experience securing OT and industrial control systems, leading OT security projects, and applying standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, with NPPV3 and Security Check clearance required.
