Description
Together is hiring an Operational Trainer to support the onboarding and development of new colleagues across its Operations teams. The role delivers blended onboarding and academy training, ensures recruits understand business processes, systems, and compliance requirements, tracks performance, provides coaching and feedback, and improves training strategies. It requires training delivery experience, adult learning knowledge, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, and the ability to apply the 70:20:10 learning model; CIPD Level 3 or above, LMS experience, and coaching or mentoring qualifications are desirable.
