Description
The Operations Administrator performs routine office and clerical work supporting New York Operations, including reception duties, document preparation, procurement, invoicing, service and construction orders, inventory control, maintenance programs, reporting, employee benefits, scheduling, and customer and contractor coordination. The role requires a high school education, clerical computer proficiency, organizational and communication skills, and typing ability of 50–60 words per minute; a clerical associate's degree is preferred and Notary Public qualification may be required.
