Description
The Offshore Personnel Logistics Coordinator supports Global Mobility and the Operations Manager by coordinating crew allocations, mobilizations, journey management, contractor utilization, requisitions, purchase orders, training, regulatory compliance, and competency activities for offshore personnel. The role also monitors personnel profiles, provides performance feedback, and participates in HSE, quality, and operational excellence initiatives. It has no supervisory responsibilities and requires a high school diploma, three years of oilfield experience including at least one year of personnel logistics experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
