Dialogue is hiring an Operations Advisor to report to the Manager, Operations within Primary Care Operations. The role supports strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, member and provider experience, financial and operational analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should be based in Montreal or Toronto, have at least two years of operational or corporate strategy/consulting experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, strong project and data analysis skills, and be available to work in the office at least three days per week.
