DHL Express Nepal is hiring a full-time Operations Agent in Kathmandu to support Service Centre operations. The role handles inbound and outbound shipment processing, customs and clearance support, shipment monitoring, documentation and system updates, operational coordination, and stakeholder management. Candidates should have strong English and Nepali communication, computer and data-entry skills, attention to detail, and experience in DHL operations or logistics/courier operations; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
