DHL Express Nepal is hiring an Operations Agent to support Service Centre operations by processing inbound and outbound shipments, monitoring shipments, managing documentation, supporting customs and clearance activities, updating operational systems, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining service standards. The role requires strong English and Nepali communication, computer and data-entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, while DHL or logistics/courier operations experience is advantageous.
