Anyfin is hiring a Swedish-speaking Operations Agent based in Stockholm to process and evaluate incoming credit applications, verify customer information and documentation, follow internal and regulatory guidelines, identify system and process issues, and provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. The role requires 1–2 years of experience in fintech operations, underwriting support, KYC/KYB, QA, customer operations, or similar areas, along with strong analytical, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. Native-level Swedish and fluent English are required, with experience in credit products, consumer lending, financial regulations, QA workflows, bug reporting, or basic metrics as bonuses.
