The role involves identifying workflow opportunities, prototyping and deploying AI-powered tools, collaborating with operations, engineering, and technical systems teams, establishing responsible AI governance, and measuring solution impact. Candidates need at least five years of software development experience, a background in AI/ML or computer science, experience with language models and AI frameworks, Python or comparable language skills, and experience with production systems, APIs, integrations, CI/CD, and enterprise environments. The U.S. base salary range is $159,200 to $301,600 annually, with California pay ranging from $208,300 to $301,600.
