Description
The Operations Aide will supervise and support the safe and seamless operation of a residential program, including client scheduling, transportation, facility safety, client movement, incident reporting, recordkeeping, behavior monitoring, property searches, crisis and de-escalation interventions, and facility rounds. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational and communication skills, and completion of specified training within six months of hire; one year of related counseling experience in substance abuse or mental health is preferred, while bilingual Spanish ability is a plus. The position offers medical, dental, and vision coverage along with paid time off.
