Specter Aerospace is hiring a full-time Operations Analysis Engineer I/II to support the design and analysis of high-speed airbreathing testbed vehicles. The role involves survivability assessments, vehicle and threat IADS simulations, engagement and mission-level simulations, trajectory optimization, and tool development in Python and MATLAB. The position is based in the Peabody office and requires a bachelor’s degree, 0–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency with AFSIM, TMAP, ESAMS, Linux, HPC interfaces, MATLAB, and Python, plus the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance and U.S. citizenship.
