Lam Research is hiring an Operations Analyst to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its Global Operations team. The role develops and maintains Excel and Power BI reports and dashboards, analyzes datasets, ensures data governance, identifies process gaps, recommends data-driven improvements, supports change management, and measures operational performance. Candidates need extensive related experience, a relevant degree, data-visualization and process-improvement expertise, and knowledge of planning and order execution in semiconductor manufacturing. The role may be performed under an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex hybrid model.
