Description
The Operations Analyst will provide analytical, coordination, and administrative support to the Office of the Director General (SEOD) and Operations Coordination Unit (SEOC) at the Asian Development Bank’s Manila headquarters. The role supports portfolio and program monitoring, country programming, project and technical assistance processing, integrity risk analysis, due diligence, reporting, management reviews, and departmental coordination. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of relevant experience, operational knowledge in a complex international or development environment, analytical and computer skills, and proficiency in English. The appointment is fixed-term for an initial three-year period, with possible extension, and includes salary, retirement, medical and health benefits, paid leave, insurance, and staff development.
