Description
The Operations Analyst will support the COO and operational leadership across ready-mix concrete, aggregate, and trucking operations by analyzing production and performance data, preparing executive reports, coordinating projects, supporting the COO, managing vendor and equipment records, and assisting with compliance and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, strong Excel and data-management skills, and is a full-time on-site position in Newport Beach, California, with occasional evening or weekend work and travel.
