Collectors is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team in Santa Ana, CA. The role involves embedding themselves in Operations teams, translating business needs into actionable reporting and analysis, and building dashboards for non-technical audiences. The analyst will support Customer Relations with call center performance and service quality reporting, partner with operations leadership on resource analytics, leverage data to identify trends, and train team members on data tools.
