Electric Kiwi is seeking an Operations Analyst to develop expertise in operational processes, monitor and improve processes, coordinate operational projects, collaborate with Product, Technology, and Service teams, represent Operations in cross-functional forums, and support AI-powered transformation and compliance. The role requires experience in operational, business analysis, or process-driven programmes, strong stakeholder engagement, analytical ability, technology translation, project coordination, and comfort with regulated environments; energy, utilities, or telco experience is a bonus.
