Description
The Operations Analyst supports complex, multi-stakeholder premium fleet accounts through operational reporting, billing support, dispute resolution, inventory visibility, data analysis, project coordination, documentation, and process improvement. The role collaborates with Operations, IT, BI, Fleet, Customer Service, and external partners and requires at least two years of experience in trucking, logistics, or supply, along with strong Excel, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The position is based at Scottsdale HQ and does not offer visa sponsorship.
