Happy Returns is hiring a remote Operations Analyst to manage transportation and shipping-related exceptions, track issues from intake through resolution, conduct root-cause analysis, update retailer configurations, support operational change management, and improve processes through reporting and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires at least three years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer operations, or a similar analytical and cross-functional role, along with strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and operational-systems experience.
