Howden is hiring an Operations Analyst in New York City to support private capital broking teams throughout the policy lifecycle. The role handles surplus lines compliance filing preparation, policy documentation, premium, tax, and fee reconciliation, state filings, client and insurer follow-up, NDA and Non-Reliance Letter drafting, data accuracy, KYC checks, and regulatory compliance. It is a hybrid position based in the New York City office with some remote work opportunity, requires 1–5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, and offers a base salary of $70,000–$85,000 plus discretionary bonus and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
