Description
The Reporting and Analytics Analyst supports recurring and ad hoc reporting and analytical requests across the Americas Operations organization. The role maintains and improves operational reports, dashboards, queries, and data outputs; troubleshoots data quality and performance issues; develops new analytical deliverables; and communicates insights to leadership and non-technical stakeholders. It requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Tableau Prep, Google Cloud Platform, SQL, and Python, along with strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. The position is hybrid, requiring four visits per week to the Guadalajara office.
