Intelcom | Dragonfly is hiring an Operations Analyst to analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities, coordinate operational efficiency initiatives, analyze data, create reports and presentations, monitor performance metrics, mitigate risks, and support change management across its last-mile logistics operations. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with data analysis tools; Power BI and Lean or Six Sigma experience are assets.
