Description
Johnson Controls is hiring an Operations Analyst to support daily warehouse operations within its PDC and work closely with a 3PL provider. The role investigates inbound, inventory, outbound, shipping, and quality discrepancies; performs warehouse audits; manages purchase-order and inventory holds; coordinates resolution across procurement, planning, operations, suppliers, and the 3PL; and supports critical receipts, customer-priority shipments, and shipment transactions between the WMS and SAP. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, warehouse and inventory knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work on the warehouse floor.
