Nucleus is hiring a permanent Operations Analyst for its Business Administration & Oversight team in a hybrid arrangement. The role supports customer-facing financial services operations by handling client queries, money applications, transfers, and pension matters; improving processes and the customer journey; mentoring colleagues; and identifying controls and risk improvements. Candidates should have financial services experience, ideally with a wrap platform, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and support a high-performance team.
