Description
Optiver is hiring an Operations Analyst to own end-to-end trade workflows for ETF and cash equities and options, including trade capture, confirmation, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, risk monitoring, and counterparty onboarding. The role supports front-office traders, exchanges, dealers, brokers, and clearing firms while building tools, reports, dashboards, and automated processes. Candidates need at least two years of trade-support or financial-market operations experience, strong trade-lifecycle knowledge, excellent communication skills, and interest in Python and AI tools. The position offers a base salary of $110,000–$150,000 USD, a performance-based bonus, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life coverage.
