TTEC is hiring an Operations Analyst to work onsite in Cebu City, Philippines. The role plans, executes, and documents control testing; evaluates compliance with policies and procedures; partners with process owners and issue management teams; tracks issues; and recommends process improvements to reduce risk. The position requires independent work, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, experience with risk identification, mitigation, control assessments, test scripting, transactional testing, and documentation, along with strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
