TransPerfect is seeking an Operations Analyst to support global facilities, leased real estate, lease administration, construction and office infrastructure projects. The role analyzes real estate alternatives, prepares CAD test fits and cost comparisons, manages occupancy costs and lease notices, coordinates construction and furniture vendors, and oversees backup telephone and internet services across company offices. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least two years of CAD experience, quantitative and problem-solving skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional off-hours work.
