Description
The Operations Analyst will support the Industrial Division’s growing operating portfolio by managing day-to-day asset activities, including lease management, capital planning, budgeting, investment modeling, reporting, forecasting, construction, and oversight of third-party property managers. The role coordinates financial and operational activities, supports portfolio transactions and due diligence, prepares recurring division reporting, and may travel for property site visits. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience in commercial real estate asset management, property management, or a related operations role are required.
