TransPerfect is hiring an Operations Analyst to support global facilities and infrastructure operations, with a major focus on commercial real estate leasing and lease management. The role analyzes property options, creates CAD test fits and cost comparisons, coordinates brokers, legal teams, contractors, architects, furniture vendors, and other tenant vendors, tracks occupancy costs and lease notices, and manages global telephone and internet continuity initiatives. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years of CAD experience, quantitative and problem-solving skills, intermediate Excel proficiency, strong communication, attention to detail, and flexibility for occasional off-hours project needs.
