Description
Tricon is hiring a full-time, mid-level Operations Analyst with an accounting or finance background to manage inventory reconciliation and support day-to-day operational activities. The role involves reconciling warehouse records, physical inventory, and ERP systems; investigating variances; tracking inventory movements; maintaining ERP and TMS data; preparing reports; reviewing invoices; supporting month-end closing; and identifying process improvements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of accounting, inventory, reconciliation, or operations experience, strong Excel and analytical skills, and ERP experience; JDE experience is a plus. The role operates from 7:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
