TTEC is hiring an onsite Operations Analyst in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines. The role plans, executes, and documents control testing to assess effectiveness and compliance with policies and procedures; manages testing documentation and findings, coordinates with process owners and issue managers, tracks remediation milestones, prioritizes workload, and identifies process improvements and risk mitigation opportunities. The position reports to the Senior Manager, Service Delivery and requires Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis, risk and control assessment, test scripting, transactional testing, documentation, stakeholder partnership, communication, and independent prioritization skills.
