Intiva Health is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst for its Austin office. The role collects and analyzes data from CRM, payment processors, purchase orders, sales histories, and other sources; identifies KPIs and trends; interviews directors and vice presidents; develops statistical and business solutions; and delivers reports and recommendations to leadership. The position requires strong communication, analytical, data-organization, and Microsoft Office skills, along with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree, 2–3 years of experience in healthcare, financial institutions, technology, or similar fast-paced environments, advanced Excel and CRM skills, and strong project-management and problem-solving abilities.
