Genesis10 is seeking an Operations Analyst for a four-month onsite contract at a regional financial institution in Brea, California. Reporting to the Branch Service Manager, the role processes new checking, IRA, and CD accounts; collects customer information; completes account setups; handles teller transactions; resolves customer issues; supports cross-selling; and assists with reporting, audits, and branch operations. The position requires an associate's degree in business or equivalent experience, at least three years of new-account experience, financial-institution operations or customer-service experience, banking compliance knowledge, and computer and basic math skills. Pay is up to $29.61 per hour.
