The role requires a bachelor's degree, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, excellent communication and customer-service abilities, multilingual English and Spanish proficiency, and flexibility to work after hours. Hotel or airline background is an asset, while at least one year of operations or airline crew-scheduling experience is preferred.
