Missiles and Fire Control is hiring a full-time Operations Analyst Sr to support the Industrial Engineering Center of Excellence across its MFC manufacturing network. The role develops labor standards and routings, analyzes production capacity and throughput, translates standards into scheduling parameters, supports factory layout and line-balance decisions, and partners with industrial engineering, production control, quality, and finance. The position also coaches site industrial engineers and requires a relevant bachelor's degree, three years of professional experience, production-floor experience, advanced Excel, and an active DoD security clearance.
