Missiles and Fire Control is hiring an Operations Analyst Sr to support the Industrial Engineering Center of Excellence across its MFC manufacturing network. The role develops labor standards and routings, analyzes production capacity and throughput, builds scheduling and rate-readiness models, supports factory layout and line-balance decisions, and partners with industrial engineering, production control, quality, and finance. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, five years of professional experience or three years with a related master's degree, production-floor experience, advanced Excel, and experience with labor standards, routings, capacity, and throughput analysis. Desired qualifications include SAP PP, MIL-STD-1567A, time-study systems, discrete-event simulation, MES, EVMS, Lean, Six Sigma, and aerospace or defense production experience, along with an active DoD security clearance. Compensation ranges from $76,700 to $198,000 depending on the geographic zone, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
