Cohu Malaysia is hiring an Operations Analytics and Automation Engineer to convert manual and fragmented operational processes into automated, data-driven, and AI-augmented systems. The role covers end-to-end data pipelines, dashboards, analytics, root-cause analysis, yield and defect improvement, automation scripts and applications, digital workflows, documentation, version control, cybersecurity compliance, and AI-assisted use cases. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, object-oriented programming skills, familiarity with multiple scripting and analytics tools, strong analytical and statistical capabilities, and experience coordinating technical and business requirements.
