Description
The Operations & Conversion Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations and event conversion functions at Mesa Convention Center. Reporting to the Operations & Conversion Manager, the role oversees part-time event and conversion staff, coordinates setups, changeovers, room flips, equipment movements, facility readiness, safety compliance, and staff assignments, and may serve as Manager on Duty. The position is based on site in Mesa, Arizona, may require nontraditional schedules, and offers medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401k plan.
