Applied Materials is hiring a full-time Hardware Manufacturing Customer Experience Quality Engineer in Singapore. The role develops and applies quality standards, conducts product and reliability testing, analyzes operational data, leads root-cause and corrective-action investigations, manages customer escalations and supplier quality performance, and drives continuous improvement across the product portfolio. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science, 5–8 years of quality-function experience, advanced quality certifications, Excel and Power BI proficiency, and experience in high-volume manufacturing; semiconductor equipment manufacturing experience is preferred. The position is 100% on-site, includes 20% travel, and offers relocation eligibility.
