Description
HWI is seeking upcoming graduates to join its Operations and Engineering Rotational Development Program, which provides rotational assignments across manufacturing facilities in the United States and potentially globally. Participants gain hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, operations, maintenance, quality, and continuous improvement; lead projects; receive mentorship and training; and develop leadership skills. Successful participants transition into full-time plant leadership or plant engineering roles based on business needs, individual strengths, and career interests.
