PA Consulting is recruiting an Operations and Improvement Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Principal Consultant to support financial services clients in banking, wealth, and asset management. The role focuses on operational effectiveness, Lean and Six Sigma, process optimisation, service design, change and implementation management, training, cost optimisation, and delivering business benefits. It is based at the London Victoria office with hybrid working requiring at least two days per week in the office or on a client site, and may involve up to five days per week on a client site. The posting seeks candidates with financial services operational improvement experience, leadership and stakeholder-management skills, and, at Principal grade, line management and prior consulting experience.
