The role will build core capabilities, develop and win proposals, oversee implementation programmes, deliver business benefits, and contribute to revenue and sales targets. Candidates should have operational improvement, consulting, change management, project delivery, automation, and transformation experience, along with strong leadership and stakeholder-influence skills.
