Nestig, a fast-growing direct-to-consumer brand for children's spaces, is seeking an Operations & Logistics Manager. This strategic, hands-on leadership role involves overseeing the full Customs and Logistics function across Brazil, North America, Europe, and Asia. The manager will lead a team of three, manage global partner relationships, navigate cross-border challenges, and drive continuous improvement and cost optimization across the supply chain. The position is full-time and based in São Paulo, requiring 5+ years of experience in Logistics and Operations, with at least 2 years in a people management role.
